Planned Giving Donation
I would like to make a planned donation to MIRA FOUNDATION USA, INC., a tax exempt non-profit corporation. Please fill out and submit this form and we will contact you to discuss the type of planned donation you would like to give (monthly, yearly, length of term) and how you would prefer to set up the donation (by check or through an existing account). You may also choose to give a donation in memorim and we would be happy to talk with you about setting that up as well.
